Mobility Conversions Ltd Limited Warranty

 

Terms And Conditions

Mobility Conversions Ltd warrants the product against defects in materials or workmanship only as set forth below.

All Mobility Conversions ltd products are covered by a one year back to base warranty.

All products should be serviced every 12 months.

 

Warranty Period:

 

For a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase from Mobility Conversions Ltd. Mobility Conversions Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion this product or any component found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

 

What is not covered:

 

Mobility Conversions Ltd is responsible only for the repair or replacement of the covered product at Mobility Conversions Ltd discretion by Mobility Conversions Ltd, and is not responsible for any incidental costs or expenses incurred as a result of any defect in any Mobility Conversions Ltd product items not covered by this warranty.

Costs (including parts and labour) of transporting your vehicle to Mobility Conversions Ltd, removing the product from your vehicle, carriage of the product to Mobility Conversions Ltd or reinstallation of the product in your vehicle.

Cost (including parts and labour) of roadside assistance, towing, replacement vehicles, and/or alternative transportation.

Malfunction or damage caused by fire, accident, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, neglect, improper adjustment, unauthorised modifications or alterations, repairs or attempted  repairs by unauthorised persons, removal and refitting by unauthorised persons, maintenance by unauthorised persons, the mechanical condition of your vehicle, road hazards, failure to follow operating instructions, and/or act of god or nature (i.e. weather, lightning, floods etc)

Normal wear and tear, including deterioration of trim and other appearance items from use or exposure to sunlight.

 

Purchaser Duties:

 

Purchaser must maintain and service the product and comply with all cautions, precautions and warnings given by Mobility Conversions Ltd. This warranty is void if the service schedule, cautions, precautions or warnings are not followed.

 

How to obtain a warranty:

 

In the first instance contact Mobility Conversions Ltd.

To be effective Mobility Conversions Ltd must receive notice of any claimed defects within the applicable warranty period.

 

Exclusions of certain damages:

 

Mobility Conversions Ltd's liability for any defective products or components is limited to the repair or replacement of said products or components, at our discretion, and shall not include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

The Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

no other person is authorised to make any warranties other than those set forth in this limited warranty or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time period set forth in this limited warranty on behalf of Mobility Conversions Limited.

 

For Advice, sales and Service needs our lines are manned during normal office hours from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (We are closed for all Bank Holidays ).  

VAT: You will not have to pay VAT if you can declare that you are chronically sick or disabled. Chronically sick means that you have an illness that is likely to last a long time e.g. Arthritis or Angina. Disabled means substantially and permanently handicapped by illness or injury. You do not have to be registered disabled to claim relief from VAT. If you need more advice please contact your local VAT office or Telephone us in normal office hours. (Please note that a VAT exemption form will be sent to you when a purchase is made if it is not returned to us we reserve the right to charge the VAT at a later date to you.)
